Morrison Highlands is a non-gated community located in Agoura Hills California just south of the Ventura county line. Just off Grey Rock Road north of Thousand Oaks Blvd. These homes were built in the mid to late 1980s and are some of the largest homes in Agoura Hills. Sizes range from 4000 ft.² up to 6000 ft.² with four, five, and six bedroom layouts. These homes are priced from about $1.3 million to over $2 million depending on size, condition, amenities and lot size. Lots range anywhere from 1/3 to about 1/2 acres.
Also referred to as the Highlands, Morrison Highlands is part of a homeowners association requiring dues of between 600 and $700 annually. Discovers management fees and area landscaping. This collection of several hundred homes is one of Agoura Hills finest communities. This park mainly consists of green space, lawns and a green belt. The Sumac Park is across Kanan Road and is a smaller park with playgrounds, walking trails and picnic areas.
