North PointeNorth Pointe is a gated community located in Westlake Village, although it’s further away from the downtown area of Westlake Village and more north of Thousand Oaks, the locations are actually a Westlake Village address. Nestled just off N. Westlake Blvd. south of the large open space south of E Avenida De Los Arboles, this gated community covers a small section to the west of N. Westlake Blvd. Accessible on two entrances, North Pointe is available from the North Ranch area of Westlake Village.

North Pointe is a collection of about 80 homes ranging in size from 3700 to 4800 ft.². Layouts range from four, five, and six bedrooms and properties were built in the late 1990s and early 2000’s. Each home boasts a three car garage. These properties offer open floor plans, high feelings, and beautiful landscapes properties.

Residents of North Pointe are served by the Conejo Valley unified school District which cover the Ladera elementary school, Los Cerritoes middle school and the Westlake high school. Homeowners dues cover landscaping, gated entrance, road maintenance, property management fees and are roughly $140 per month. North PointeNorth Pointe is a quiet neighborhood with cul-de-sac streets and secure entrance. These homes are easy to show yet very safe and secure. North Ranch Park is less than a mile down the road and features sports courts, open fields and playground equipment just off Kanan Road.  The Lang Ranch neighborhood park is located north and less than a mile west are shops, restaurants and amenities north of Thousand Oaks.
